Once inside the park with the highest hilltop in Europe, we'll admire the views over the surrounding landscape before taking a refreshment break in one of the 4 cafés nearby. Heaton Park is situated just four miles north of Manchester city centre and is the city's largest green space, with acre upon acre of parkland and woodlands, as well as miles of traffic-free parkland, paths and trails, ideal for safe & relaxing riding for the whole family as well as adult beginners to cycling.
The last 7 miles will take us back to GROWE via Crumpsall, Harpurhey, Moston Vale & the Rochdale Canal.
