Starting by the telephone box, opposite the church. Duddenhoe end, Clavering, Stocking Pelham, Furneux Pelham, Gt Horrmead, Anstey, Nuthampstead, back. Some hills. Not too many. 1,100ft of elevation.

Quiet country roads

We will stop at the Woodman Pub for a coffee and possibly cake at about 21.5 miles

Helmet, bright or high viz clothing. Means to mend a puncture. Snack, drinks bottle. Bike in road worthy condition. Tyres pumped to correct pressure
