Starting from - Starting from The Cage A , bike shop on Mannerberg Way in Scunthorpe. Plenty of parking is available. This is a graceful green ride our average speed at 12mph or less.
Please be at the start by 09:45 at the latest so that you are ready for the M check and ride briefing.
Please make sure that your tyres are pumped up and that you bike is in good working order . Please bring with you a bicycle pump that works on your bike , a spare inner tube and a puncture repair kit . It is strongly recommended that you wear a helmet . Don’t forget to bring money if you want to purchase any drinks or CAKE
Please let the ride leader know if you have any medical conditions they should be aware of. DN15 8XF

From Cage A in Scunthorpe we head out to Normanby to do a tour round the villages . Normanby, Thealby, West Halton , Whitton, Alkborough , Burton Upon Stather , Flixborough and then back to the start . Our cafe stop will be at the Paddocks in Alkborough. There are 3 small hills within this ride , but don’t worry as always no one ever gets left behind .
