Summer of Cycling - Graceful Green - Out to Seven Districts Coffee House

Starting from - Please note that the starting point is Market Rasen Leisure Centre LN8 3JW

Join me for a flat ride to the Seven Districts Coffee House at Welton Hill going through Faldingworth & Cold Hanworth to Welton & returning via Scothern, Wickenby & Lissington. We will be riding along country lanes mainly giving plenty of time for chatter & fun with a stop halfway through for refreshments. The average speed will be 9 - 11mph but no one will be left behind. This is an ideal ride if you want to explore & go a bit further.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time to allow for a bike check & remember to bring money for refreshments, a drink, a spare innertube, tyre levers and pump. Your bike needs to be in a roadworthy condition and helmets are strongly recommended. Let the ride leader know if you have any medical conditions they should be aware of.
