Gentle Ride round Pinner and Harrow

Please arrive 5 minutes early so that we can do the bike checks and leave promptly at 10. This isn't a ride for complete beginners but if you are confident pedalling, balancing, stopping and starting you will be fine. We always go at the pace of the slowest.

We'll be riding through quiet streets and parks, including The Croft, Roxbourne Park, Newton Farm Ecology Park, West Harrow Recreation Ground, Harrow Recreation Ground and Headstone Manor. We'll stop at Syd's Cafe in West Harrow Park for coffee and chat. Bring water, a bike lock and card for the cafe. Check the weather and dress accordingly.

Helmets are a matter of personal choice. You need a fully-working bike. Before you come please check your bike's brakes, pump up the tyres and ensure the wheels spin freely. We are a friendly sociable group and all women are welcome.

Helmets are optional on Breeze rides. Please tie back any clothing which might caught in the bike, eg baggy trousers, hanging scarves, and push dangling shoelaces into trainers. Check the weather forecast and dress accordingly!
