Fundamentals of Riding with Others Breeze Skills Coaching at Ysgol Cae Top 16 MAY 2023

**** This is a Breeze Cycle Coaching Session, brought to you by qualified British Cycling Coaches****

There will be 4 sessions as part of this series (see below for links to book each session). Riders are welcome to join for a single session or multiple sessions to develop a full range of cycle skills. There are limited spaces, please book on to the sessions you'd like to attend and let us know if you are unable to make it so that we can offer a space to riders on the waiting list.

These coaching sessions will cover some fun exercises for improving:
* Starting Off, Braking, Using your Gears & Riding with others *

These are great sessions if you have only begun to ride more recently, or for those who may be returning to cycling after a break, or for regular riders wanting to improve and build on their skills. These sessions are open to beginners and improvers.

GRADUATION RIDE
Graduation Ride - Breeze Led Ride Tues 6 June 2023
A chance to put your new skills into practice. A led ride using cycle paths and small sections of quiet roads/ lanes. Booking link provided nearer the time.
There will also be an opportunity to join 2 other Beginners led rides on Tues 9th & 23rd May (booking link nearer the time).

WHAT TO BRING:
- A bike that's in good working order, with your tyres pumped up
- A helmet is compulsory for this session - you won't be able to take part in the session without a helmet
- Cloths suitable for the weather
- A spare inner tube suitable for your tyres

The coaching sessions will take place at Ysgol Cae Top in Bangor (LL57 2GZ), a fabulous traffic free space for our activities, with permission kindly granted by the school. Please note that there are no toilets available at the venue.

If you have any medical conditions or concerns that you feel we need to be aware of to help you take part in the session please let us know either in advance (by email [email protected]) or on the morning of the session in person.

For any riders aged 16 or 17 wanting to join us for the first time please contact us in advance to complete a young rider information and consent form. For younger riders please contact us to see if this session might be suitable for you.
