Crown Point on Crown Point Road
The Post Code covers an awful lot of area so it would be better to Google Singing Ringing Tree
Or
If you use What3words this is the link to the start point ///loaf.cigar.froze
It's more like a large layby than a car park. If in the right place, you will be able to see the Singing Ringing Tree.
There are no toilets or any other facilities at the start. BB11 3QS

This Guided Ride is a beginners mountain bike ride, brought to you by a qualified Fundamentals of Mountain Bike Leader.  To deliver rides as per the remit of the Fundamentals of MTB Award, we also hold a valid 2 day outdoor first aid certificate and Safeguarding Course.

Please note, this is a self catering ride so bring something to eat and drink. We do not pass any shops, cafes or pubs!

From the start we will go and have a look and hopefully listen to the Tree. From there we back track back to the road to pick up the route.
From the road we join the Pennine Bridleway to generally head down towards Holme Chapel where we pick up the A646 which takes us into Portsmouth which is the boring part of the ride to be honest.
We then head towards Bearnshaw Tower and Tower Causeway on the 1st big climb. At the top we stop for our break.
Then we have the 2nd big climb on Flower Scar Road across Todmorden Moor, turn right to head towards Heald Top Farm where we will come across some barking dogs making a lot of noise (they are secured though) from which we cross Heald Moor picking up the Burnley Way onto Deerplay Moor which leads us back to the start of the off road section. Then back to the car park on Crown Point Road.
