Social ride for all abilities around Plymouth

This route comprises mostly of roads and cycle lanes. We will use cycle paths where we can but its inevitable that we will be on some busier sections of road, but nothing too taxing

We will stop for refreshments at Capn Jaspers on the Barbican for tea/coffee etc

Helmets and working lights to the front and rear of the bike is compulsory, no exceptions! Without either please do not turn up as you will not be able to participate in the ride. Please ensure that all lights are fully charged / new batteries etc. Spare tube and tools would be useful in an emergency, do not worry if you do not know how to change a tube, someone will always help.

We never leave anyone behind
