A great pedal around the Coquet Valley

All quiet country roads

no mid ride stops but will stop for lunch ion the village green when we get back to Rothbury.

Helmets are mandatory on FLAB rides. Please bring a spare tube, puncture repaire, pump and basic toolkit along with water and snacks for the ride.
