We will ride out from Morrisons in Amble, upto Buston and the radio tower before heading down to Shilbottle and Hampeth, Guyzance, Acklington, Broomhill and then back to Amble.

All quiet country lanes

No mid ride stops, but if we are back before last orders we can enjoy a post ride pint at Brewis Beer Taproom in Amble

Helmets are mandatory for FLAB rides. Please bring a spare inner tube/punture repair kit, pump and basic tools. Please bring water and snacks for during the ride.
