Meeting in Poulton - head out to staining through to Wrea green and Lytham before heading up the beach to bispham before heading inland through Carleton and back into Poulton .

A gentle Sunday morning spin

Some main roads until we get out into the fylde countryside and then a section of the Promenade.

Planned stop in Dizzy Ducks - Wrea Green but we can stop anywhere on the prom route .

Helmet and road legal bikes essential and kit to repair roadside issues
