Starting from Sawley Marina Entrance, we ride along the river Trent to Attenborough nature reserve. We'll probably ride as far as Beeston before we head back. We'll stop at Spring Lakes for a coffee on the way back.

Total distance between 15 and 20 miles.

This is a nice flat route suitable for all

Gravel paths through nature reserve and canal and river bank

Spring Lakes

Please wear a helmet and bring anything you may need to repair a minor mechanical
