Starting in Lancaster we head to Garstang via Lancaster university, Galgate and Scorton.
From there it's out to Chipping and on past The Wild Boar Park to Dunsop Bridge and the cafe stop.
After coffee and cake it's over The Trough of Bowland and the descent down to Marshaw and back to Scorton and Lancaster.

All participants must wear a helmet and bring everything required for basic repairs such as a puncture. Money needed for cafe stop and it's advisable to bring a face covering.
