Starting in Lancaster we head out to Cockerham via Glasson Dock. After leaving Cockerham we head on to country lanes which we stay on all the way to Knott End other than a very short stretch between lanes on the coastal road.
After coffees and cake at Knott End we'll head back to Lancaster on a different route but staying on mostly country lanes.

Mostly b roads and country lanes

Stop in Knott End at the Chippy or coffee shop. Also stop at The Barn in Scorton for coffee and cake

All riders must wear a helmet and have a basic toolkit for puncture repair etc. Money will be needed for coffee stops
