FLAB Social North Lancashire To Knott End

Starting in Lancaster we head out to Cockerham via Glasson Dock. After leaving Cockerham we head on to country lanes which we stay on all the way to Knott End other than a very short stretch between lanes on the coastal road.
After coffee etc in Knott End we head out to Hambleton where we will once again be on country lanes through Out Rawcliffe and Nateby heading to Garstang.
Through Garstang we head to Scorton to stop at The Barn if another refreshment stop is wanted and then it's country roads through Street, onto Galgate and through Lancaster University and back into Lancaster.

Beautiful route down the coast to Knott End

Stop in Knott End at the Chippy or coffee shop. Also stop at The Barn in Scorton for coffee and cake

All riders must wear a helmet and have a basic toolkit for puncture repair etc. Money will be needed for coffee stops
