Starting from Morecambe we head to Milnthorpe via Carnforth, Silverdale and and then follow route 700 around the bay to Grange over Sands. Similar return route with some variations.

Beautiful countryside and quite little lanes around Morecambe Bay

Mostly quite lanes and B roads

Cafe stop on the Promenade in Grange over Sands

All participants must wear a helmet and bring basic tools for basic repairs such as a puncture. Money needed for cafe stop
