FLAB Social North Lancashire To Barbon

Starting in Lancaster we head out to Kirby Lonsdale via Wray
From there it's into Yorkshire Dales National Park through Casterton to Barbon. Well also ride the length of the beautiful Barbondale valley if weather allows.
Cafe stop will be The Churchmouse in Barbon village.
From there it's back to Lancaster via Whittington and Halton

Mostly country lanes and B roads

Lots of photo stops and coffee, cake or lunch at the Churchmouse in Barbon village.

All riders must wear a helmet and bring basic tools to fix a puncture etc. Money will be needed for cafe stop and please bring a face covering in case it's needed.
