Starting in Lancaster we head out to Dolphinholme via Lancaster University and Galgate, from there its the steady climb up to the Tough via Marshaw, We then descen down the Trough to Dunsop Bridge for a well earned cafe stop. We will head back via Chipping and Garstang.

Mostly B roads and country lanes

Cafe stop in Dunsop Bridge and of course at the top of hills, lol

All riders must wear a helmet and please also bring basic tools etc to be able to reoair punctures etc. Money will be needed for the cafe stop.
