Flab Plymouth Tamar’s summer series of evening rides , starts Wednesday 30th of March 2022 .6:45 pm Riding ever Wednesday evening during the summer until the end of October (32 weekly rides ) . Routes will be decided on the previous week’s evening ride by the ride leaders an posted on let’s ride and the flab tamar’s Facebook page .
Traffic free roads ,main roads , minor roads ,trails & tracks
we usually find a cafe or pub to stop at for coffee & cake , but not always .
All flab Tamar rides require participants to wear a bike helmet . NO HELMET NO GROUP RIDE Your bike must be in good working order & well maintained with working front & rear lights . spare inner tubes ,multi tool & pump are a must just in case of a breakdown. Always bring a drink and some money for coffee & cake .
