If you have not ridden with me to Frithsden before then you are in for a real treat. This place is lovely. We'll ride through the Chiltern villages; Chenies, Flaunden, Felden to this hidden vineyard. Blueberry scones to die for although occasionally they are difficult to find ;)

I am starting from Chorleywood as it I slightly less hilly. Don't worry - this is a steady ride and no-one will be left behind.
