We begin the ride at Sarn along a lovely track up the Garw valley towards Nantymoel, then continue through this beautiful valley ride up to Blaengarw, the return is through some lovely country lanes back to Sarn.
The ride is undulating so expect a few good hills, We will stop for lunch in the quaint and very traditional Garw cafe. (Great food)
