This is the SECOND is a series of FOUR Coaching Sessions on the Fundamentals of Cycling.
They are great if you have begun to ride more recently or returned to cycling after a break and for regular riders wanting to improve their skills & confidence. These sessions are open to beginners and improvers.

Please book on the sessions you want to attend ahead of time. You can join a single or multiple sessions to develop a full range of cycle skills.
Spaces are limited, so please let us know if you are unable to make it so that we can offer a space to riders on the waiting list.

GRADUATION RIDE
Graduation Ride - Breeze Led Ride 6 June 2023
A chance to put your new skills into practice. A led ride using cycle paths and small sections of quiet roads/ lanes.


WHAT TO BRING:
- A bike that's in good working order, with your tyres pumped up
- A helmet is compulsory for this session - you won't be able to take part in the session without a helmet
- Cloths suitable for the weather
- A spare inner tube suitable for your tyres

The sessions will be lots of fun, but there is no pressure to take part in any of the exercises if you don’t feel comfortable. If you have any medical conditions, you think we need to know about, you can tell us on the day or drop us a message beforehand.

For any riders aged 16 or 17 wanting to join us for the first time please contact us in advance to complete a consent form. For riders under 16 please contact us to see if this session might be suitable for you.
