This is a circular ride starting from Shipley Country Park visitor centre from which the route follows the edge of the park towards Cotmanhay and the Erewash canal. Turning right onto the canal to head South for approximately 3 miles takes you to the start of the Nutbrook trail. This is followed until the Nutbrook cafe. After this there are a number of bridleways around Shipley park to take it back to the start.
