Starting point

London
HA5 1AE

We'll begin with a short practice of group riding on quiet streets. Then we head north up Barrowpoint Avenue and into the quiet streets to the north of the Uxbridge Road. We return via the Montesole Playing Field and West End Lane. We can stop for a coffee and chat in Daisy's and you can ask any questions you like. The ride is for women new to road riding, who want to increase their skills and confidence, and is led by a qualified female coach/ride leader. Come and have some fun, enjoy the fresh air and exercise and meet other lovely women! Breeze rides are free and friendly and no one is ever left behind.

Before you come please check that your bike's wheels turn, the brakes work and the tyres are pumped up. If in doubt, please ask someone who knows, or take it to a bike shop. Feel free to use the 'Message Leader' function with any queries.
