This ride is suitable for less experienced riders and those who haven't cycled for a while. The route is mainly on cycle paths and quieter roads and tries to avoid any steep hills. We will aim to cycle non-stop all the way round at a gentle pace of 8 to 10 mph. If needed, there are plenty of opportunities to take a short rest and the group will always ride at a pace that is comfortable for the slowest rider.
