Easy on a Sunday Afternoon

Hello Ladies,
So you have been thinking about joining us, but haven't yet done so. Nerves? Will I be able to keep up? what about those hills? Whatever, your reason here is your opportunity to join a nice gentle ride around the Lakes and the Industrial Estate which should be quiet on a Sunday.

We will be riding on mostly cycle paths, with a small amount of road work and no real hills, although there may be a few gentle slopes. We won't be riding fast and we will stay together as a group. It always feels safer as a group.

We will stop after the ride in Charlton Park Pavillion for a coffee.

All you need to join this ride is a bike in good working order and a cycling helmet. We recommend bringing a spare inner tube that fits your bike, tyre levers and a pump, just in case. Don't worry if you can't fix a puncture we will all muck in.
Bring water and snacks to last the duration of the ride and a little cash for coffee and snacks after the ride.
