About the group
Ladies only cycling group. If you are new to cycling, lost your confidence or just haven't been on a ride in a while this group is perfect for you. With a gentle pace and short distances you can begin your cycling journey with us. We often use traffic free cycle paths and quiet roads. By keeping our groups small we can support and encourage you. One to one sessions to help with starting/stopping and gear changing available by arrangement. You will meet and make friends with other ladies of all ages. There is no need for any special clothing just comfortable. Trainers are fine. Helmets must be worn.
