Northgate - Rushmere St Andrew - Little Bealings - Woodbridge - Martlesham - Waldringfield - Newbourne - Kirton - Falkenham - Trimley - Levington - Nacton - Foxhall - Northgate

A reasonably flat route, on mainly quiet roads, between Ipswich and the Deben. About 33 miles. We expect to stop at Levington Marina for coffee and cake.

We'll have a sociable ride at a comfortable pace for the slowest rider. Road bike recommended. Helmet recommended. Please bring a spare tube and the tools to change it. Help will be available if you aren't confident changing a tube yourself.

We never leave anyone behind.
