East London explorer Breeze

A steady ride across the river with a pootle around East London. We'll be cycling mostly on quiet roads and cycle paths. Quite a stretch on an unpaved compacted, possibly puddly, gravel path and a couple of bits where we have to dismount and walk, but not far.
We can't avoid busy traffic completely but we'll keep it to a minimum.
We'll use the bike bus to cross the river. Unsure at this point if it's still free (otherwise freedom pass/£1.75). Same applies on the return...if the foot tunnel lifts are out of order we'll use the DLR (freedom pass/£2.20)
There's a coffee stop of course
