A steady ride across the river with a pootle around East London. We'll be cycling mostly on quiet roads and cycle paths. Quite a stretch on an unpaved compacted, possibly puddly, gravel path and a couple of bits where we have to dismount and walk, but not far.
We can't avoid busy traffic completely but we'll keep it to a minimum.
There's a brand new coffee stop to investigate.
