Starting point

London

This is a relatively flat ride using quiet roads, tow paths, cycle paths with only minimal use of busier roads.
From Ealing Broadway we will ride into Pitshanger Park, then cross the A40 using a foot/cycle bridge and make our way to Perivale to join the tow path along the Grand Union Canal. We will follow this tow path stopping at the Beaver enclosure near Greenford to see the work these animals have done since their introduction in October 2023. We will then continue along the tow path, to our refreshment stop at the Southall Coffee House in the new Green Quarter development.
We will continue our route along the tow path all the way to Trumpers Way, stopping to see the Three Bridges, designed by the engineer Isambard Kingdom Brunel and seeing the stunning Hanwell Flight of Locks.
We will make our way back to Ealing Broadway using quieter roads.
