This is a train assisted ride. We will return to Ealing Broadway using the Elizabeth Line from Paddington. We should return to Ealing by 14:30.
This is a mostly flat route using various cycle paths, namely C40, C9, C34, LCN26, Quietway15, C3, C27. We will avoid roads with too much traffic and will travel at a leisurely pace.
On our way we will be able to make a couple of short diversions to view two of the latest Banksy art works, the goat by Kew and the two elephants in Chelsea.
We will take a short refreshment break at The Café North Lodge, by the entrance of the Brompton Cemetery before continuing our ride to Hyde Park where we will take the opportunity to visit the Yinka Shonibare exhibition at the Serpentine Gallery. (Free entry)
