This ride is not suited for bicycles with thin tyres. Come and discover some of Ealing's Green spaces.

This is a pleasant local Ealing ride avoiding busy roads and going through various parks, cycle paths, quiet roads and along towpaths.

We will stop for refreshments at the Burrow Café in next to Hanwell Zoo.

Helmets aren't compulsory but advisable. Check that your tyres are pumped and bring a spare inner tube and all necessary tools in case of a puncture. If you can't make it anymore, please cancel your space in order for someone else to join. Bring some money/card for the refreshments in the café. Bring Locks for your bike. Bring Water & snacks.

First-timers welcome!
