Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

A short ride of ten miles over to Skerne and back round via Wansford and Nafferton. We will call at Spa Nafferton to listen to the choir from Nafferton before refreshments.
As you know, we always advise you wear a helmet and please remember to check the forecast before the ride and wear suitable clothing for the day. Please bring a water bottle and don't forget to make sure you have enough tools and spare inner tubes, should you be unfortunate enough to have a puncture or technical failure. Please also note lights are required on all evening rides.
As with all our rides there will always be a Breeze Champion at the start venue. Should we have to cancel the ride due to adverse weather conditions, we will endeavour to inform all registered participants beforehand.
