A traffic free, slightly hilly route but we never leave anyone behind and we're not too proud to get off and push if need be.

A route that is 100% traffic free

We will take the canal until we reach the plantations of Haigh Hall. Then through the plantations to the entrance near wigan hospital.

We will have a refreshment stop at The Allotment Café

A helmet is advisable. Please bring a spare inner tube, lock and drinks for hydration. Don't worry about these too much as we may have spares with us.
