Join Anisha and Lesley for a ride to the Dam House at Astley, 21 miles and 987 ft of elevation.
Starting from outside Lucianos at Middlebrook retail park (next to Subways) we head off towards Lostock using the Middlebrook trail. Leaving the trail, we cycle through Chew Moor making our way to Westhoughton and then skirting Atherton towards our destination in Astley.
After our café stop at the Dam House, a grade 2 listed manor house, we start our return journey cycling towards Tyldesley and then cut through Cutacre country park. After a short stretch on the main road we go back through Westhoughton and Lostock returning to our start point at Middlebrook.

Helmets are mandatory on all our rides. Please bring an inner tube , tyre levers, pump for your own bike. Check your bike is roadworthy before the ride.
