Starting point

Greater Manchester
M29 7JR

Join us for one of our Cycle Safari rides, exploring the fabulous Bee Network paths and navigating the local area with barely a whiff of traffic! This mainly level ride follows the Bridgewater Canal, along the massively improved "muddy mile" into one of the most picturesque towns in the outskirts of Manchester, with timber framed houses and two busy marinas along our route, there is always something to look at and admire. There will be time for a refreshment break before heading back using the Worsley Loopline and the Guided Busway cycle path. This really is a great off-road ride that will make you feel like you are nowhere near one of the biggest cities in the north.

Please note if heavy rain has persisted the trail can be muddy in some parts. (and therefore lots more fun) so be advised to bring appropriate attire.
