Cwmbran Stadium to Tredegar House morning ride

Join me on a nice morning ride from Cwmbran Stadium carpark to the National Trust property Tredegar House in Newport. The ride takes us down the canal path, through Newport following the cycle route along the river and continuing out to Tredegar House on a designated cycle path. The profile is: downhill - flat - stop for refreshments - flat - then finishing on a steady uphill back to Cwmbran!. Its only fair if we've had cake at the pit stop! In fact take a picnic and we can have our lunch in the gardens. We'll start at the stadium with a quick bike check, make sure your bike is in good working order and tyres are pumped up and don't forget your helmet. Hope to see you there.
