Cresswell to Amble

Welcome to hopefully my last Guided ride before my 2nd Hip replacement at the end of the month.
We’ll meet at the carpark opposite the Drift Cafe Cresswell , NE61 5LA, and cycle up to Amble on quiet country roads and cycle tracks. There’s lots of places to stop for fish and chips in Amble

The route we will be cycling over today are quiet roads and cycle tracks . Therefore, this rides is suitable for Hybrids , Gravel , Mountain bikes. E-bikes riders are very welcome to join us.

IMPORTANT STUFF….
• You should pay particular attention to your bike being in good working order before attending a ride so as to minimise risks and disruption to rides.

• Be organised and bring your own items e.g.
- Spare inner tube
- Tyre levers and pump
- Multi tool
- Lock
- Bike lights
- Gloves
- Drink
- Snacks
- Suitable clothing,
- Helmets are recommended, but not mandatory.

• PLEASE DRESS APPROPRIATELY

If the weather is bad we will only contact you if we are cancelling the ride and will do so no later than 9am on the day by putting a message in the ‘conversation’ tab in the ride. You should receive a notification by email if there is a message. If you have not heard from us we are still riding

Because some of this ride is on quiet country roads it will be unsuitable for children and beginners.
