We will be meeting on Bingham Market Place at the Butter Cross

Once we head out of Bingham we will cycling along quiet country roads/lanes

There will be a cafe stop at cafe Velo verde in Screveton, however along the route shout up if you need to stop and have a drink of water.

Please ensure you have a road worthy bike, a helmet, spare inner tube and a pump. Please also ensure you are wearing suitable clothing (think British weather). Bring along a bottle of water. It’s also advisable to have working lights front and rear.
