Once out of Bingham we will be cycling through some pretty villages
Most of the ride will be cycling along quiet country roads
Half way round we will stop for a drink. However, shout up anytime if you need a break.
You will need suitable clothing, helmet and lights. Your bike should be road worthy. Please bring a drink to keep hydrated.
