Starting from - The starting point is at the small staff car park, in front of the playing fields, at the De Aston School on Willingham Road on the outskirts of Market Rasen. There is plenty of car parking spaces. It is next to the Rugby Club not in the main school complex or down Heron Road as Google Maps will send you. GR TF115888, LN8 3RB, LN8 3RB

This route has an easy start to get us warmed up before heading into the Wolds. After the steady climb to Hainton, the real climbing starts. The ride takes us up Sixhills, to Ludford. After coffee an cake we continue to Binbrooke and through to Stainton le Vale. After climbing out of Stainton le Vale it is almost downhill the rest of the way back to the start including going down Walesby Hill. I'm looking to at averaging around 12mph, but the group will set the pace that they are most comfortable with
