Easy and gradually increasing distance routes to ensure your first rides are fun and achievable.All rides are essential so please do not join if you cannot make these dates
This is an 8 week course:

Sun 25th Aug 10am 8-10 miles
Wed 28th Aug 730pm 10 miles
Wed 4th Sept 730pm 12 miles
Wed 11th Sept 730pm 15 miles
Sat 21st Sept 10am 20miles
Wed 25th Sept 730pm 15 miles
Wed 2nd Oct 730 pm 15 miles
Sun 20th Oct 10am 30 miles

Each rider will be encouraged at their own pace and the group will grow together and help each other along

In my experience everybody is different and has a different start point. Progress is surprisingly fast but practice between Breeze rides helps too.

This will be the first of an 8 week series of rides starting at around 5 miles on quiet roads and trails building up to a 30 mile road ride.

Initially quiet roads and traffic free trails as far as possible depending on weather and light, then as confidence builds, more roads and distance for enjoyable groups rides.

Evening rides will not generally have a café stop but daytime rides it is an essential part !

Helmets please, lights and a suitable inner tube and bike pump for your bike. Please wear suitable clothing for the weather, just for comfort and make sure the bike has working brakes and rides smoothly. Mechanical problems cannot be repaired by the ride leader. A bike check if free at local Halfords branches usually...
