(0) ReviewsRide down the Taff Trail to the Bay Trail then cycle up the zig zag to Penarth and onto Sully returning via Cosmeston, Cogan and the Ely trail back through to the Taff via Romilly Road
Trails and quite road with two busy sections, one through Penarth and the other through Romilly/Cathedral Road.
Lunch in Sully or picnic what ever takes your fancy
Helmet, repair kit, waterproofs and money for coffee and cake
