Starting from - The car park at the north end of hailey park has plenty of free parking and is in easy reach of Llandaff station. There are no public toilets in the car park, CF14 2FU

Well ride up the Taff Trail and then through Pontypridd to Barry sidings Country park. Returning via Nantgarw and the pottery. The route is largely in the shade so suitable for what is likely to be a very hot day.
Nearly all the route is traffic free. We’ll be going through Pontypridd town centre, which is pedestrianised. If the centre is busy, we will need to dismount for a couple of hundred yards. On our return route, there is a high bridge over a busy road.
We’ll stop for refreshments in Barry Sidings country park, where there is plenty of covered seating
Please wear a helmet, sunscreen and bring plenty of water.
