This is a fairly flat route going through side rd's to Station South and back via the Fallowfield Loop and Daisy Nook.

Side Rd's, cycle lanes and through a country park on gravel.

WE will refresh for a break at Daisy Nook cafe. There are toilets available here, the start and finish at Growe.

Helmets are advisable and bikes in good working order.

We cycle as a group so we always wait and help new riders.
