Route rating

0 stars (0) Reviews

A scenic route combining the urban and traffic-free parts of the city

Road types you'll be riding on: More than 80% of cycle paths or cycle lanes, and small sections of roads. Surfaces: Mostly tarmac or well paved, with small sections being a little rough or bumpy.

Stops: 1/ Toilet stops: Public toilets at the start/end point inside the Commonwealth Pool and Cramond Beach in the middle of the ride. 2/ Coffee break at cafes along Cramond (Cramond Bistro/ The Harbour or Boardwalk Beach Club), or bring your own snacks and drinks

Bring with you: Helmet highly advised, at least one spare inner tube suitable for your bike tyres and relevant tools for mechanics, appropriate clothing for the weather, snacks and drinking water, cash/ card if you fancy buying food at cafes. A roadworthy bike with good brakes is certainly a must.

We especially welcome newbies!
