PR7 2TZ

A leisurely & relatively flat ride along quiet country lanes, residential streets, short sections of main roads plus crossing Worden and Astley Parks. Mostly paved surfaces and easy to ride, using stretches of the National Cycle Network (NCN55, NC62) whenever & wherever possible.

The ride starts from Chorley Train Station, passing through Euxton, Croston, Mere Brow, Burscough, Rufford - where we will stop for an early lunch/refreshments at TASTEBUDS CAFÉ at Fettlers Wharf - Mawdesley, Eccleston and finishing in Leyland for a later lunch/refreshments at El Tano Wines around 1.30pm, inside Worden Park.

The nearest train station, just 1.5 miles away in Leyland is ideal for the return train journey or riders can cycle back to Chorley train station, the nearest carpark or onwards back home if living locally.
