Parking on Stray Rein, the bike ride will start where the Stray cycle path cross Stray Rein road.
Spend a pleasant summer's evening exploring the cycle paths, countryside and quieter roads around Harrogate and the wider area. The route may change a little each week for variety, but the welcome will always be a warm one. We'll find somewhere for a cuppa along the way. CBAD is based on the simple idea that cycling together helps us feel better. If you're having a tough week, feeling stressed or low, please come along for a steady ride and a good old chinwag.
