Cardiff & Caerphilly

This weeks ride will head into Cardiff where we will join the Taff Trail in Bute Park, which will take us to Caerphilly before heading back to Newport.

As always we will be taking the quieter back roads and cycle routes wherever and whenever possible.

We will stop in Caerphilly by the castle where there is a Greggs. Plus if the sun is out, which it's forecast we can pop into Basil & Rusty's Ice Cream Parlour on the way back.

A good pump, a spare inner tube and a small amount of cash for coffee stops are always a good idea. ●●● Helmets are mandatory...NO HELMET = NO RIDE. New to group riding and maybe unsure well let me put you at ease. Everybody and every ability are more than welcome. We are all slighty bonkers, friendly and welcoming. And we don't go as fast as we can. We are a social group, enjoying open air, cycling, great scenery and the company of like minded people
